At Bead Envy, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Your Right to Return
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods once you've notified us.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at Beadenvy11@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Return Postage
Unless your item is faulty or incorrectly sent, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you've received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We'll arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund, including any postage costs.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been cut, opened, or used
- Personalised or custom orders
- Sale items marked as final sale
